#16-SANITIZER DISPENSER IS NOW WORKING CORRECTLY AND PROPER SANITIZING CONCENTRATION IS ESTABLISHED. THERE IS A SMALL FILTER ON THE PIPE WHERE THE WATER COMES IN AND IT WAS CLOGGED SO SUCTION WAS NOT WORKING.
#36-THERMOMETERS ARE IN PLACE AND EASILY READABLE IN THE SANDWICH PREP COOLERS. |
